I tried so hard to get a good picture of Charlie and Lily together in their Valentine's Day shirts, but sadly, this was the best I could do. Oh well, there's always St. Patrick's Day.

PS: I need to take a moment and say a giant "thank you" to the incredibly generous stranger who sent us $250 cash in a unsigned Valentine's Day card. I found it in the mailbox this afternoon and I'm speechless. We received the same mysterious gift at Christmas. We don't know who you are, or what we did to deserve your generosity, but thank you so, so much.

Wow- what incredibly kind generosity! You have done a lot to deserve it- you two are so strong and have touched many of us with your story.
Considering their age...that photo looks like a real winner! It does get more challenging as they get older! Just wait until they start developing weird smiles for the camera!
